About the Role

Ace Handyman Services – Buford is seeking highly motivated craftsmen to provide quality craftsmanship and customer service for repair, maintenance and remodeling projects in the Johns Creek area. You will work as an independent contractor, receiving jobs through our office and delivering thorough workmanship on call.

• Execute carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, light plumbing and electrical tasks for residential and commercial customers.
• Estimate jobs over the phone and provide accurate time‑and‑materials quotations.
• Travel to job sites by own vehicle within the service area.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive client relationships.

• Successful track record as a carpenter/craftsman with experience in multiple trades.
• Previous home inspection and estimation experience preferred.
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work.
• Own standard set of tools for trade tasks.
• Own truck or van.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Residence within 15 miles of the city of (insert municipality).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $68,000 per year, plus performance bonuses. The hourly rate for new hires is $23 to $34 per hour while building experience.
