Overview

Working Lead – Mitigation Technician

This is a working lead position, meaning you’ll be actively involved in the day-to-day field work while also helping guide crews, maintain job quality, and represent our company values on-site. We’re looking for someone dependable, motivated, and ready to grow with a company that values reputation, teamwork, and professionalism.

Pay & Benefits

    From $30/hour (based on experience)

Candidates must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example while actively working alongside mitigation crews in the field
  • Assist with managing job site workflow, quality control, and crew communication
  • Fire damage services including board-ups, structure stabilization, smoke cleaning, and demolition
  • Water damage mitigation including extraction, drying setup, moisture monitoring, and minor demolition
  • Mold remediation and containment setup
  • Debris removal and job site cleanup
  • Material and supply deliveries
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Participate in monthly on-call rotation for emergency service calls
  • Help maintain equipment, vehicles, and overall job site organization
Qualifications
  • Previous restoration and mitigation experience required
  • Experience with MICA and/or moisture mapping software preferred
  • Experience with Encircle
  • IICRC WRT, ASD and/or AMRT certifications preferred
  • On-call schedule, weekend and Holiday availability on rotation
  • Strong work ethic with leadership-by-example mentality
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in confined spaces for extended periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
  • Clean background check
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be dependable and able to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to lead crews while remaining hands-on in the field
