Job Overview

We are hiring independent Craftsmen (Carpenters, Tilers, Painters, Drywall, light Plumbing & Electrical) to provide quality craftsmanship and customer service for our commercial and residential projects.

• Perform carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, and light plumbing and electrical tasks on client job sites.
• Use own tools and vehicle to travel to job sites in the assigned area.
• Work from home on a full‑time or part‑time basis and choose your own schedule.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and management.
• Document work and submit accurate invoicing.
• Assist in estimating jobs and, if possible, perform home inspections.

• Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman.
• Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work.
• Own standard set of tools.
• Own truck or van.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Resident within 15 miles of the city listed.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Expected income: $45,000 to $68,000 per year, plus performance bonuses. Hourly rate: $23 – $34 per hour.
