Now Hiring: HVAC Service Technician

We're growing fast and looking for a high-performing HVAC Service Technician with 5–10+ years of real-world field experience — someone who can diagnose, repair, and lead from the front on both Residential and Light Commercial work.

What you'll be working on:

• Gas furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers & package units
• Mini-splits & commercial rooftop units (RTUs)
• Advanced troubleshooting — electrical, refrigeration, airflow & controls
• Preventative maintenance, repairs & system replacements
• Direct communication with homeowners & commercial clients

What you need to bring:

• 5–10+ years HVAC Service Experience (Required)
• EPA 608 Certification (Required)
• NATE Certification (Preferred)
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Professional appearance & serious work ethic
