Hunt Companies, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems. You will work from CMMS work orders and maintain equipment such as motors, pumps, belts, fans, AHUs, and VAV/fan powered boxes, ensuring safe operation of controls and boilers.
The role requires 1–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience, ability to read blueprints, and EPA 608 certification; a driver’s license and strong communication skills are also necessary.
