911 Pool Services in Buford, GA is looking for a skilled Pool Technician specializing in repair to join our growing team. • Diagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, motors, filters, heaters, and automation systems
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and service calls for residential and commercial pool clients
• Conduct equipment inspections and preventative maintenance to identify issues before they escalated
• Repair and replace plumbing, valves, and pool fittings as needed
• Maintain accurate service records and document repairs completed on each job
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Manage parts inventory and ensure service vehicle is stocked and organized

• Prior experience in pool repair, pool service, or a related trade field
• Knowledge of pool equipment systems including pumps, filters, heaters, and controls
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and plumbing issues efficiently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is a plus but not required
