Stier Supply Company, a family‑owned and operated business with 70 years of experience in turn‑key construction services, seeks a Trim Punch Carpenter in Buford‑Install‑ATL. The role works on new residential neighborhoods installing exterior and interior doors, trim, stairs, hardware, blinds, punch work, and warranty services for some of the nation’s largest builders.

• Perform trim carpentry installations and repairs, focusing on detail and efficiency on residential job sites
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to meet job requirements
• Maintain site cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and inspect work quality
• Use digital tools daily for task management

• Experience in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry
• Own tools, smartphone, valid driver’s license, and insured vehicle for daily use
• Willing and able to use a personal vehicle to transport materials as needed
• Physical capability to stand and lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening per company policy
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer

Field technicians work on active construction sites, often outdoors and exposed to varying weather conditions. The role involves frequent bending, standing, lifting, and operating equipment. Safety is a priority; all team members must follow PPE requirements, including hard hats, gloves, boots, and protective eyewear.
