Semi Driver

Sunstate Equipment Co. – Hiring immediately for a part‑time load truck driver position. Pay based on experience (approx $27–$34+ per hour). Weekly paid.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM, with occasional on‑call.

Location:

6000 Lanier Islands Pkwy, Buford, GA 30518.

• Operate semi trucks with a Class A CDL, Tanker endorsement, and DOT medical card.
• Load, offload, and secure equipment with chains and binders.
• Assist customers with safe operation instructions, complete paperwork, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain effective, professional communication with co‑workers and customers.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe driving record.
• Collaborate as a team player, adapt to Sunstate’s standards of excellence.

• Unrestricted Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement and DOT medical card.
• Minimum one year experience in a semi; preference for wrecker or flatbed driver hauling heavy construction equipment.
• Physical agility to lift, secure and manipulate heavy equipment.
• Customer‑oriented, fluent in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Safety oriented, willing to learn, coachable, and detail oriented.
• Reasonable commute to the Buford area 30518.
