As a Driver at Falcon Farms, you will help connect our flower farms in South America with stores and customers across the country, ensuring that beautiful, fresh flowers reach family tables every day.

As a Falcon Farms Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring safe and timely deliveries.

• Maintaining professionalism while interacting with warehouse staff and customers
• Operating a 26-foot refrigerated (reefer) box truck
• Following all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Driving local and regional routes
• Loading and unloading cargo shipments (pallets or flower racks)
• Assisting with shipping operations when needed

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Meet all DOT rules, regulations, and requirements
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screening and physical examination
• Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
