Partners Personnel - - Responsibilities:
Prioritize and distribute pick tickets to material handlers for picking;
Communicate with customer service, shipping supervisor, and logistics manager to resolve issues concerning accuracy of orders or any deviation from planned shipping schedule;
Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues;
Select most economical mode of transportation for all shipments while ensuring customer service needs are met and exceeded;
Prepare delivery notes and bill of ladings for shipments
