Description Receiving Warehouse Associate Join the Stier Supply Company Team!For over 80 years, Stier Supply Company has been a family-run leader in Millwork Services across the Southeast U.S. We take pride in delivering quality building materials with safety, efficiency, and professionalism. As a member of our Receiving team, you will be responsible for unloading deliveries, verifying received materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and organizing stock for easy accessibility.

- Unload delivery trucks, including flatbeds in the yard and van loads at the dock.
- Complete receiving processes in Bis Track (ERP system), including matching deliveries to purchase orders, noting discrepancies or damages, and scanning paperwork.
- Transfer materials from staging areas to designated warehouse locations.
- Conduct cycle counts per the defined schedule to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain warehouse organization by labeling and sorting materials appropriately in both physical and digital systems.
- Collaborate with production teams to assess and adjust stock levels as needed.
- Follow all safety and ergonomic guidelines to promote a secure working environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Receiving and Inventory Lead.
- Display a strong work ethic and maintain a positive attitude.
- Function well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Maintain a history of reliable work attendance.
- Prioritize a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all posted safety guidelines.
Heavy Lifting: Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
Standing/Walking: Frequent movement between storage areas and loading docks (up to 8-10 hours/day)
Physical Endurance: Work in the warehouse and sometimes outdoors in various weather conditions, and frequently bend, twist, and reach overhead..
Additional Requirements:- Must be 18 years or older
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background check, and health and physical evaluation.
