Administrative and Operations Support Office - Bukit Batok
Roles and responsibilities include:
- 2. Scheduling:
Coordinate appointments and manage calendars - 3. Correspondence:
Prepare and distribute memos, reports - 5. Procurement:
Handle purchasing tasks - 6. Liaison:
Address queries from teachers, students, and parents - 7. Inventory management:
Manage office supplies - 8. Data management:
Assist with data entry and database management
- 1. Event management:
Coordinate logistics and vendor liaison - 2. Safety Committee support:
Assist Vice Principal with safety-related tasks
3. Safety records:
Manage safety reports and documentation - 4. Safety exercises:
Organize drills and safety initiatives - 5. External communication:
Liaise with external agencies on safety matters.
Experience:
- GCE 'A' Level qualifications or equivalent or Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
