Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily administrative tasks to support the department’s operations.
  • Assist in new car sales, used car sales and purchases processes.
  • Coordinate vehicle movements and manage inventory records efficiently.
  • Prepare necessary documents, including quotations, agreements, and reports.
  • Monitor payments, billing, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure precise data entry and maintain organised filling systems.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management to support decision-making.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry is mandatory
  • Familiar with the process of commercial vehicle sales, including hire purchase and motor insurance matters
  • Positive learning attitude and a strong team player
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts/customers)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • 5-day work week
