We are looking for 1 Kindergarten Care Centre Supervisor (KCS) to head our team in Bukit Panjang.

The roles and responsibilities of the KCS are as follows:

• Ensure the smooth running of the KCare Centre.
• Oversee the KCare programmes and schedules.
• Lead the KCare team in implementing the KCare programmes, setting up the play environment and resources.
• Guide and supervise KCare staff (includes induction of new KCare staff) to ensure that they are clear of their roles and responsibilities.
• Plan and manage staff scheduling.
• Manage administrative duties related to the KCare Centre.

Engage and communicate with parents/guardians and stakeholders on a regular basis.

• Hold at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching ("DECCE-T") or an ECDA recognised equivalent.
• Preferable to have leadership experience in a preschool setting.
• Experience in KCare or MOE Kindergarten is advantageous.
