Manager (Finance Management

What the role is:

You are responsible for finance-related matters, including monitoring of funds usage, maintaining finance records and managing the administration of finance processes.

• Manage and oversee daily operations and purchasing requirements
• Monitor the budget and payment performance of allocated funds, and conduct budgeting exercises and quarterly budget reviews
• Monitor and coordinate follow-ups for outstanding system transactions
• Conduct audit to ensure compliance with financial rules and regulations
  
  Challenge(s)
• Communicating with senior management and users to ensure timely and accurate submission of budget and audit-related matters
• Ensuring that tasks are carried out in accordance with policy and guidelines with minimal supervision

• Education in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance is preferred
• Proficiency in technology and AI tools, with the ability to leverage information technology and artificial intelligence to enhance work efficiency and streamline processes
• Meticulous and thorough in completing tasks, ensuring accuracy and high-quality outcomes
• Responsible and adaptable with a strong sense of accountability and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and organisational needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft products including Power Builder, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI, and Excel
• Collaborative team player who readily provides support and assistance to colleagues when needed
