- Monitor expenses by cost center
- Analyze and explain variances in the income statement (financial and analytical)
- Support the preparation of budgets by cost center
- Participate in monthly closings and the development of future plans
- Develop KPIs and BI performance reports/tools in collaboration with the company's functional managers
- Perform specific analyses and drive optimization measures
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Have at least 2–3 years of experience in controlling or data analysis, ideally in an industrial environment
- Be proficient in French and English, with good knowledge of German
- Be proficient in MS Office and have solid knowledge of an ERP system
- Be autonomous, flexible, and possess strong teamwork skills
- Stand out for your analytical skills, communication abilities, and capacity to assert yourself
