Responsibilities
- monitor expenses by cost center
- analyze and comment on profit and loss variances (financial and analytical)
- support the preparation of budgets by cost center
- participate in monthly closings and in the preparation of future plans
- develop KPIs and performance BI reports/tools with functional managers
- carry out specific analyses and drive optimization initiatives
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- at least 2 to 3 years of experience in controlling or data analysis, ideally in an industrial environment
- fluent in French and English
- good knowledge of German
- proficient in the MS Office suite
- solid knowledge of an ERP system
- autonomous, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team
- analytical skills and communication abilities
