- One provider requested with ability to accept multiple providers
- Estimated credentialing timeframe five to seven days Clinical Details
- Trauma level IV setting
- Average five to seven patients per shift
- Twelve inpatient beds
- Admissions required
- Beeper call with fifteen-minute response time
- EMR systems Athena and Medhost Requirements
- Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Active Arizona medical license or IMLC
- Active DEA required
- NPDB self-query required
- Case logs from the past two years required
- Clean malpractice and background history Compensation
