Mohave College is seeking an engaging, resourceful, and student-centered Librarian to join our Bullhead City Campus and help create a library experience where curiosity is encouraged, information is accessible, and every student feels supported in their academic journey.

It is a dynamic learning environment where students develop research skills, discover credible information, navigate digital resources, and gain the confidence to become independent lifelong learners. As our Bullhead City Librarian, you will be at the heart of that experience.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Instruction, the Librarian will analyze, plan, coordinate, obtain, and maintain library services and resources that meet the evolving needs of our students, faculty, and community. You will use your expertise in research techniques, information resources, library programs, databases, and emerging technologies to connect patrons with the information they need—whether that means guiding a student through their first college research project or collaborating with faculty to strengthen instructional resources.

We are looking for someone who is approachable, knowledgeable, innovative, and genuinely excited about helping others succeed. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with students, understands that research can sometimes feel overwhelming, and has a talent for making information accessible and understandable. You are equally comfortable providing one‑on‑one assistance, evaluating resources, utilizing technology, developing library services, and identifying new ways to engage students in learning.
