OT - Occupational Therapist

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons, maximizing the functional status of hospitalized patients. Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, implementing, and modifying age-appropriate treatment programs, participating in discharge planning, performing administrative duties, engaging in performance improvement initiatives, pursuing professional growth, and executing other duties as assigned.

• Evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment programs based on patient progress.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions.
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes using ReDoc for outpatient and Med Host for inpatient records.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and development.

• BS in Occupational Therapy or higher.
• Current Occupational Therapy license in Arizona.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience or ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
