Hours: 36 hours per week

A Level I Trauma Center is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment. The RN will provide high-acuity care in a fast-paced emergency setting and must be comfortable handling trauma cases and critically ill patients.

• Deliver direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department
• Triage and assess patients presenting with a wide range of conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Respond to trauma and emergency situations efficiently
• Manage overflow inpatient holds in the ED on a rotating basis
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

• Minimum 2+ years of recent ED RN experience required
• Prior experience in a Level I Trauma Center required
• Experience in a 500+ bed hospital preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Active Arizona RN license (or compact license)

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

• High-acuity Level I Trauma Center environment
• May be required to take inpatient overflow assignments in the ED
• Scrub Color:
  Navy (including warm-up jacket)
