Responsibilities
- Provide audit evidence to support the company’s third‑party reporting to talent in an efficient manner.
- Investigate, research and resolve potential issues impacting contractual reporting obligations during audit fieldwork.
- Partner with various business units to expedite and support audit requests.
- Communicate directly with third‑party auditors; provide audit support to resolve potential issues.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and suggest improvements as an active team partner.
- 3+ years of related auditing/accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes, procedures and internal controls.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail oriented, able to work independently, and take ownership of projects and workflow.
- Practical hands‑on audit experience with a reputable public company highly desired.
- Ability to work in a flexible team environment and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to tailor communication style to varied audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Entertainment industry experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- CPA or CPA candidate.
The hiring range for this position in Glendale, California is $87,200.00 to $ per year. The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills and experience. Compensation may include a bonus and/or long‑term incentive units, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
