Sr Talent Audit Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide audit evidence to support the company’s third‑party reporting to talent in an efficient manner.
• Investigate, research and resolve potential issues impacting contractual reporting obligations during audit fieldwork.
• Partner with various business units to expedite and support audit requests.
• Communicate directly with third‑party auditors; provide audit support to resolve potential issues.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and suggest improvements as an active team partner.

• 3+ years of related auditing/accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, procedures and internal controls.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail oriented, able to work independently, and take ownership of projects and workflow.
• Practical hands‑on audit experience with a reputable public company highly desired.
• Ability to work in a flexible team environment and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to tailor communication style to varied audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Entertainment industry experience is a plus.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

• CPA or CPA candidate.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, California is $87,200.00 to $ per year. The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills and experience. Compensation may include a bonus and/or long‑term incentive units, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
