Staff Accountant

Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and budgeting.

Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5 plus years manufacturing experience preferred

Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Sage, or similar).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Prior experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
