Senior Accountant

A well-established global manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing team. This role will play a key part in supporting month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, consolidations, and financial analysis while partnering closely with the Assistant Controller and broader Finance team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to continue growing their accounting career.

Full-time onsite Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)

• Manage General Ledger activities and support the month-end close process
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments
• Perform account reconciliations and analyze assigned General Ledger accounts
• Support preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reporting packages
• Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements
• Manage fixed asset accounting, including acquisitions, depreciation, disposals, and roll-forwards across multiple locations
• Support year-end audit preparation and provide required financial documentation
• Perform financial statement analysis and identify trends or variances
• Assist with accounting research and process improvement initiatives
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and financial analysis as needed
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance and operational teams to improve accounting processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with One Stream accounting software required
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with: GL accounting, month-end close, journal entries, fixed assets, financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, consolidations of financial statements (preferred)
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Public accounting experience and/or CPA is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial reporting systems
