As the Accounting Manager, you'll oversee the monthly accounting needs of multiple clients while building strong relationships and delivering exceptional financial support.

• Manage the monthly accounting cycle for a portfolio of business clients
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
• Maintain accurate general ledger activity and account reconciliations
• Utilize Advanced Quick Books to manage client accounting records
• Conduct monthly financial review meetings with clients to discuss results and answer questions
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Identify process improvements and recommend accounting best practices
• Collaborate closely with an experienced internal team to deliver outstanding client service
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely completion of all accounting deliverables

• 3+ years of accounting experience (public accounting experience is a plus)
• Strong experience managing monthly accounting and financial reporting
• Advanced Quick Books proficiency is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable presenting financial information and leading client meetings
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
