Overview
A well-established construction firm specializing in restoration services is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project execution from start to finish. This role partners closely with the Project Manager to coordinate schedules, subcontractors, documentation, and project timelines across multiple trades.

Compensation
: $26-$30/hour (DOE)
Schedule
:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and vendors
- Maintain project schedules, notes, and updates in internal systems
- Review scopes of work with homeowners and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and communicate issues or delays
- Track documentation, contracts, permits, and invoicing
- Support quality control and resolve field or scheduling gaps
- Process subcontractor invoices and assist with weekly reporting
- 3+ years experience in construction (restoration experience preferred)
- Strong multitasking, coordination, and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and trades simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively with field, office, and vendor teams
