Project Coordinator

Overview

A well-established construction firm specializing in restoration services is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project execution from start to finish. This role partners closely with the Project Manager to coordinate schedules, subcontractors, documentation, and project timelines across multiple trades.

Compensation
: $26-$30/hour (DOE)

Schedule
:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and vendors
• Maintain project schedules, notes, and updates in internal systems
• Review scopes of work with homeowners and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and communicate issues or delays
• Track documentation, contracts, permits, and invoicing
• Support quality control and resolve field or scheduling gaps
• Process subcontractor invoices and assist with weekly reporting

• 3+ years experience in construction (restoration experience preferred)
• Strong multitasking, coordination, and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and trades simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively with field, office, and vendor teams
