Overview

We are looking for a Contract Administration Coordinator for a top media & entertainment company hybrid out of their Burbank, CA offices!

Responsibilities
  • Reach out to talent representation to collect distribution information in order to facilitate start paperwork packets via Docusign.
  • Review completed paperwork and ensure that payroll forms, including I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form are completed correctly.
  • Collate documents in Adobe and distribute in multiple paperless systems.
  • Enter/update talent payment information into IDeA.
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed, including filing, scanning.
  • Collaborate with Studio Contract Admin, business affairs, legal, and finance departments to ensure contract accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of business administration or relevant experience, preferably in Television production.
  • A strong basis of understanding of business administration and or contract administration.
  • The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and collaborative demeanor.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to track and organize a large volume of data with the ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong ability to identify, prioritize, and manage critical incoming projects.
  • Quick learner, problem solver, and process oriented.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ideal candidate will be very detail oriented and a self-starter.
  • Understanding of WGA, DGA a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate will liaise with talent representation, Business Affairs, Legal, and Finance Executives, and must have a professional demeanor.
  • Practice confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with Docusign, Net Documents, Airtable, BLAST, BOX preferred.
Pay

Pay: $30.00-$33.00/hr based on experience.
