Your New Role
Provides administrative and clerical support to 2 SVPs in Marketing Services.
Your Role Responsibilities- Own, maintain, and distribute a Marketing Materials Report that includes all theatrical marketing assets and their deadlines for every campaign that services the entire Worldwide Marketing department
- Arranges calendar and schedules meetings for SVP’s and department as needed
- Helps facilitate and manage Screenings for the Theatrical department, Distribution, Home Entertainment, HBO Max and our 3rd party partners
- Assists and manages our internal Script Process for the Theatrical Marketing Department
- Daily clerical functions including generating correspondence, submitting expenses, distribution lists, help maintain departmental supplies, photocopying, filing, etc. Provides support and assistance to other departmental personnel as needed independently or as directed
- Facilitates general requests for department including arranging drive-on passes, coordinating with office services, computer services, telecom, security etc. for various work requests
- Coordinates domestic and international travel & hotel accommodations, submits travel expense reports and processes/tracks invoices for the Theatrical Marketing Servicing team
- As directed, facilitates departmental administrative processes such as keeping departmental vacation calendar
- Approves, as directed, computerized invoices and other required approvals
- Interacts with outside vendors, other WB departments and high-level executive offices
- Performs special projects as required
- 2-3 years administrative work experience for top level executives
- 2+ years working in advertising or related fields preferred

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $45,500.00 - $84,500.00 salary per year.
Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
