OverviewWe are hiring a Customer Support Coordinator to manage our end-to-end returns (RMA) process and support day-to-day customer service and operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication matter.
You will act as a key link between customers, warehouse operations, vendors, and internal teams to ensure returns, replacements, credits, and shipping issues are handled quickly and correctly.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process all RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests from start to finish
- Provide customer service support regarding return status, approvals, and resolutions
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track and resolve open returns
- Partner with sales, operations, and technical support teams to resolve order and product issues
- Work with vendors to request, track, and reconcile credits for returns and defective products
- File and follow up on shipping claims (lost, damaged, or missing packages) with carriers (e.g., UPS)
- Perform order processing, data entry, and administrative support tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across all return and support activities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced operations environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving ability
- Dependable, professional, and proactive attitude
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, order processing, logistics, or warehouse coordination
- Familiarity with returns processing (RMA), shipping claims, or inventory systems is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / general computer systems
- Basic math and data entry accuracy
- Associate degree or higher preferred (not required)
The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $24.00 per hour

Within the base pay rate, individual compensation is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
