We are looking for an Executive Assistant for a top media & entertainment company out of their Burbank, CA offices! This role supports an executive on the Company Studio Technology & Operations team and requires strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, proactive resourcefulness, flexibility, fast‑paced results orientation, relationship building, creativity, detail orientation, analytical reasoning, and a passion for movies.
Pay Rate$32.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities- Provide high‑caliber general administrative support to the EVP, CTO – Studio Technology & Operations.
- Manage the executive’s office workflow in a timely and effective manner, including project ownership, basic research, ad‑hoc projects, reports, and staff communication.
- Work closely with the executive to manage the calendar and time efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a highly effective follow‑up system using relevant technologies.
- Set priorities, meet deadlines, operate independently, and follow up on assignments with minimal supervision.
- Lead or participate in the coordination of large‑scale meetings and department Town Halls (logistics, preparation, invitations, and materials).
- Maintain high integrity, discretion, and strict confidentiality given access to company information.
- Create a positive environment for all who interact with the office of the EVP, CTO.
- Collaborate proactively and effectively with the department administrative team.
- Experience supporting an executive office as a highly collaborative partner.
- Strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and the ability to handle uncertainties in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability and willingness to anticipate needs and build solutions aligned with the executive and organization.
- Experience working within a matrix organization and partnering with multiple stakeholders with tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to make decisions with limited information and change course of action quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous priorities with strong organization, attention to detail, and follow‑up skills.
- Ability to initiate and be proactive in managing work using technical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels.
- Proficient in MacOSX and/or MS Windows, MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Teams, Copilot).
- Proven knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Extensive expense report and travel experience.
- Experience with SAP and Workday.
- Bachelor’s degree.
