The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to two VPs, as well as assisting their teams with title-specific needs as they arise.
The Executive Assistant must possess flexibility and be willing to assume challenges. They must have a strong desire to grow within the job and learn more about Studios Marketing key initiatives and businesses.
This role will support two VPs and be onsite four days a week.
Job Responsibilities:- Internal and external meeting coordination, including logistics/preparation/invitations/materials for the above-mentioned executives and periodically, for their teams
- Weekly preparation of materials, to be organized and distributed in partnership with team
- Partnering and working extensively with internal departments and external vendors to provide and/or receive necessary information, materials, approvals, updates, etc
- Works with Director/Manager/Specialist on title specific execution needs
- Book travel arrangements in a timely manner
- Preparation of all business-related expenses for Director using SAP travel proxy role and ensuring expense reports are completed and filed in a timely manner
- At least 1+ years of professional experience in an office and/or in an administrative capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills to assure successful interaction with executives and colleagues
- Detail oriented with superior organization skills.
- Able to prioritize and multi-task and work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, flexible, and reachable
- Team player with a positive outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in media or advertising preferred
- Proficient/Advanced in MS Office – specifically in Excel & PowerPoint (and/or Keynote)
- Proficient in PC and MAC
- SAP Experience
The hiring range for this position in California is $54,000.00 to $72,300.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
