Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
Your New Role
Provide high-level administrative support to the EVP, Physical Production and assist with the day-to-day operations of the office.
Your Role Accountabilities- Provide general administrative and office support for the EVP, Physical Production, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication flow.
- Manage an extremely active calendar with frequent shifting priorities; schedule meetings, production reviews, screenings and conference calls, coordinating across multiple time zones and with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including conference room scheduling, virtual meeting setup, agendas, catering, and distribution of materials.
- Maintain systems and departmental records for tracking department materials, project information, meeting notes, and other high-priority requests to ensure timely response and accurate record keeping.
- Handle confidential information and materials with discretion while interacting and communicating with internal and external colleagues, including agents and filmmakers.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, and itineraries.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of Executive Assistant, or related support experience for senior-level executives preferred.
- Movie Magic Budgeting and Movie Magic Scheduling experience is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong spreadsheet skills required.
- Knowledge of agents, producers, and the film industry required.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility to work overtime and travel occasionally when necessary.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $50,756.00 - $94,261.00 salary per year.
