As the Automotive Foreman
- Service Manager, you continuously orchestrate the daily flow of the service department, ensuring every task is executed with precision. You find yourself supervising work quality across all repairs, meticulously verifying that every vehicle is serviced correctly the first time. Your leadership is key as you efficiently manage the workflow, which includes giving clear, timely orders to employees and delegating tasks to maximize productivity.

Throughout it all, you expertly multitask/follow up on ongoing jobs, tracking their progress and ensuring customer expectations are not just met, but exceeded, keeping your focus on hitting performance targets.

- Service Manager:

• 7+ years of managing experience in the automotive business
• 7 - 10 years of experience in the auto industry as a service manager
• Ability to supervise work quality, give orders to employees, follow up, and multitask
• Commitment and ability to reach goals and meet quota
