The Coordinator, Operations and Planning supports the Business Operations team by ensuring accurate budget tracking, efficient vendor onboarding, and smooth operational workflows across Paramount DTC. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support creative marketing projects from both financial and vendor management perspectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of large-scale projects from initial concept through completion. This position plays a key role in supporting budgeting processes, vendor onboarding, and workflow optimization, while coordinating with teams across multiple time zones, including frequent collaboration with East Coast partners.

Responsibilities
  • Support financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and reporting
  • Partner with Campaign Managers to track costs and manage financial activity across assigned marketing campaigns
  • Assist with vendor onboarding, contractor engagement, and procurement coordination
  • Monitor spend against approved budgets and facilitate intercompany bill-backs as needed
  • Maintain critical cross-company marketing documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date budget and spending visibility
  • Partner with cross-company teams to identify and implement operational efficiencies across marketing workflows and processes
  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of workflow systems and processes within Airtable
  • Process voice-over (VO) work through Jira to ensure timely submission for invoicing
  • Partner with the Licensing team to coordinate and process licenses required for invoicing
  • Process travel expenses in Concur to ensure timely reimbursement and compliance
  • Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks as needed
  • Identify and recommend new tools or processes to enhance collaboration and efficiency
Basic Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in brand or digital entertainment marketing, creative operations, or production at a studio, network, or agency
  • General understanding of creative production workflows and budgeting processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software, systems, and tools
  • Familiarity with JIRA, SAP, Slack, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Suite
  • Passion for Paramount content and branding
Additional Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as Airtable or similar platforms
  • Proven self-starter with strong problem-solving and anticipatory skills
  • Ability to assess, improve, and implement workflows and processes
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing shifting priorities
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
  • Experience in the entertainment industry preferred

Hiring Salary Range: $42,400..

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
