SUMMARY

As Special Project Coordinator, you will help shape how work gets done across the US 2 organization—ensuring strategy, execution discipline, and day-to-day behaviors remain aligned to our purpose and values.

We are seeking a highly organized, commercially minded administrator to work closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and the practical adoption of AI and tools across the business. This is a hybrid leadership and execution role combining Project Manager partnership, standardized program/project management, and AI and tool enablement.

This role is not a traditional project manager position. It is designed to be a force multiplier for senior leadership—ensuring priorities move forward, cross-functional initiatives execute smoothly, and market expansion efforts are supported with rigor and momentum.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Providing Chief of Staff and Executive Enablement Support
  • Serve as Special Projects Coordinator support to senior leadership—translating strategy into executable plans and follow-through.
  • Drive clarity on priorities, decision rights, and accountability across leadership initiatives.
  • Improve communication flow, reporting cadence, and internal alignment across functions.
  • Independently manage special projects, executive initiatives, and transformation programs as assigned.
Standardized Program and Project Management
  • Lead cross-functional programs spanning creative, packaging, sales, and operations.
  • Establish and maintain standardized project management practices: scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalation paths.
  • Remove blockers and coordinate resources to keep initiatives on time and outcomes-focused.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable, repeatable solutions.
Market Identification and Expansion Enablement (No Quota—Executive Enablement Focus)
  • Help senior leadership identify and evaluate new market opportunities within targeted segments.
  • Support expansion into new markets by shaping entry hypotheses, implementation plans, and cross-functional readiness.
  • Surface client/market pain points and barriers to success and drive structured resolution with leadership.
  • Capture learnings and create lightweight playbooks to improve repeatability of future market entry efforts.
AI, Automation & Operational Innovation
  • Help integrate AI tools into daily workflows (e.g., sales outreach, creative production, client insights, operational automation).
  • Coordinate AI pilots, vendors, and internal adoption/training initiatives.
  • Build or oversee lightweight AI automations, research agents, and productivity workflows.
  • Track ROI and real business impact of AI initiatives across the organization.
