Fashion Associate
Location: Burbank, CA (Hybrid - onsite Tuesday-Thursday)
Duration: 3-month contract with potential extension
Position Overview
Support the Apparel team with category management, licensing initiatives, business planning, and product execution. This entry-level role provides exposure to cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product Development, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Support apparel category initiatives, revenue planning, and execution.
- Assist with forecasts, budgets, reporting, and data analysis.
- Coordinate licensing agreements, contracts, and internal processes.
- Track product launches, performance, and market updates.
- Support marketing initiatives, presentations, and internal communications.
- Maintain product samples, files, systems, and team resources.
- Research industry trends, potential partners, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects from concept through launch.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Excel experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Licensing, or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge of licensing, consumer products, or apparel industries.
- Understanding of financial forecasting, budgets, and project management.
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
