Hybrid 4 days on site in Burbank, CA
Our client is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive enterprise process transformation for a product-centric transformation initiative. The role will lead cross-functional efforts spanning technology, operations, engineering, and product to deliver measurable outcomes through process redesign, workflow optimization, AI-enabled improvement, automation, and structured change management. The ideal candidate demonstrates tangible business impact beyond methodology usage and can translate ambiguous problems into implemented solutions with tracked results.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end process transformation initiatives across technology, operations, engineering, and product organizations.
- Evaluate current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state solutions that improve quality, efficiency, speed, and customer outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and root-cause analyses to drive consensus and solution development.
- Develop process maps, SOPs, transformation roadmaps, and change management plans.
- Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to measure business impact.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and data teams to implement scalable solutions and process improvements.
- Support AI-first strategies through automation, AI adoption, AI agents, and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Drive organizational adoption and capability building through training, coaching, and structured change management.
- 5+ years in Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, Operational Excellence, or Transformation.
- Proven leadership of enterprise-wide process transformations.
- Strong facilitation experience with workshops of 20-40+ stakeholders.
- Ability to identify business problems, redesign workflows, implement solutions, and measure results.
- Experience developing and tracking KPIs, SLAs, productivity metrics, and performance improvements.
- Executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Experience driving change in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
- Agile, Dev Ops, Sprint, or iterative delivery experience.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. CMMI experience valued. Must demonstrate applied methodologies with measurable outcomes.
- Experience with AI-driven workflow improvements, AI agents, automation strategies, Copilot, GenAI tools, process mining, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation, with quantifiable impact.
