You will forecast revenue and costs, coordinate budgets with estimators, and lead bid processes from bid to build, ensuring safe, efficient startup and execution with strong stakeholder collaboration.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in heavy civil, 5+ years in paving/grading, and solid knowledge of union and prevailing wage rules. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
