Post Production Intern - Fall

Overview:
Mythical is currently seeking an intern to assist the Post Production department. Throughout the course of this program, interns will be involved in multiple facets of Mythical Entertainment, with a focus on Post Production. Interns will gain hands-on experience while working closely with various teams. The ideal candidate must have a strong interest in some area of Post Production and be pursuing (or recently graduated with) an undergraduate degree in Film Production or related fields.

This is a paid internship and will take place in our studio 3 days a week for ten (10) weeks.

• Organize and manage media for Mythical content
• Track music usage, create music cue sheet, and deliver the cue sheets to our music library partners
• Export final episodes for upload
• Create and export versions of content for our FAST & VOD channels
• Assist the Assistant Editor in preparing projects for editors

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited university
• Rising Junior and above
• Strong interest in Post Production, Editing, or related creative field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Hands-on experience in various post production tasks.
• Practical knowledge of the intricacies of post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in a modern, digital first, hybrid working environment.
• Ability to utilize Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, and Media Encoder effectively.
• Effectively manage multiple projects while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Enhanced interpersonal communication skills through collaboration with team members.
• Positive working relationships with experienced professionals.
• The guidance and mentorship of seasoned post production colleagues.
