Mad Engine Global is looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead the creative direction of our Disney apparel business across Men's, Women's, Youth & Family collections.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative leader who lives at the intersection of Disney storytelling, fashion, culture, consumer trends & commerce.

• Establish & drive the overall creative vision for Disney apparel
• Translate Disney characters, franchises, attractions & stories into compelling product
• Turn fashion, cultural & consumer trends into innovative apparel concepts
• Lead, mentor & inspire a talented creative team
• Build strong partnerships with Disney Parks & Resorts and The Disney Stores teams
• Lead seasonal creative presentations & elevate product storytelling

• 5+ years of graphic design experience within licensed apparel
• 5+ years of experience leading & developing creative teams
• Deep understanding of apparel, fashion, licensing & consumer products
• Strong creative vision with commercial instincts
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Exceptional presentation & communication abilities
• A genuine passion for Disney, entertainment, fashion & culture
