Mad Engine Global is looking for a creative and trend-driven Apparel Designer to join our Design team! If you're passionate about fashion, product, and turning trends into commercially successful apparel, we'd love to see your work.
- Develop original apparel concepts & seasonal collections
- Research fashion, color, fabric, print & silhouette trends
- Select fabrics, trims, graphics, washes & embellishments
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Technical Design & Production
- Work with overseas vendors to bring designs from concept to commercialization
- 3+ years of apparel design experience
- Wholesale or branded apparel experience preferred
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop skills
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles & fit
- Excellent trend awareness and commercial design sense
