• Provide information about veterinary services and products offered by the hospital.
• Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Collaborate with veterinary staff to facilitate seamless communication between clients and medical teams.

• Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills; familiarity with veterinary software is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
