Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and present comprehensive treatment plans to patients
- Clearly explain procedures, address patient concerns, and answer questions with empathy and professionalism
- Conduct financial consultations and help patients understand their payment options
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments and following through with their care plans
- Review dental insurance benefits with patients and educate them on coverage and costs
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience and treatment outcomes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance plans
- A positive attitude and commitment to patient care and team success
