We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding Dental Support Organization (DSO) led by passionate dentists and entrepreneurs. Pay:

800-1200 / Day DOE + Production Bonus Structure Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Valid dental license and DEA certification
  • CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications
  • Strong clinical skills in endo, implants, oral surgery, and cosmetic procedures
  • Compassionate, friendly, and patient-focused approach to care
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented practice
  • Excellent bedside manner, communication, and case presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of current dental standards, technology, and treatment planning
Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, comprehensive dental care in a compassionate, patient-centered manner
  • Provide thorough dental examinations and evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and other oral health concerns
  • Diagnose and treat dental issues, including root canals, extractions, restorations, and cosmetic procedures
  • Perform treatments including onlays/inlays, crowns, bridges, and implants
  • Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and dental appliances (Invisalign, night guards, retainers)
  • Collaborate with specialists as needed for complex cases
  • Supervise and support dental team members
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety protocols (OSHA, HIPAA, infection control)
  • Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient experience and outcomes
