• Practice Setting: Outpatient allergy and immunology care with telemedicine extension to multiple states

• Diagnose and manage patients with allergic and immunologic conditions
• Deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical and administrative team
• Participate in practice innovation, quality improvement, and educational initiatives

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Allergy & Immunology
• Active and unrestricted California medical license (or eligibility)
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses for telemedicine (support provided)
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and commitment to clinical excellence
