Our client, a leader in the entertainment and gaming industry, is seeking an Associate Producer II to join their team. As an Associate Producer II, you will be part of the Business Development department supporting the game licensing and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Role& Location
Role: Associate Project Manager / Associate Producer
Location: Burbank, CA 91505 – Hybrid 3 days onsite
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Hourly Pay Rate: $43.33/hr
What's the Job?- Support the review and approval process for licensed games developed by Warner Bros Discovery's partners from concept to launch and into live operations.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and external licensees to ensure high-quality, innovative, and profitable game development aligned with brand standards.
- Provide production oversight for a diverse portfolio of live licensed games across multiple platforms including mobile, console, PC/Mac, and AR/VR.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth project execution and timely feedback.
- Research industry trends, analyze KPIs, and contribute suggestions for game improvements to stay competitive and current in the gaming landscape.
- Experience working with AAA entertainment brands and game development or project management roles.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
