What will you do?

As a Student Associate, you will gain valuable experience that applies throughout your career. You will work with employees to gain a full understanding of MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports, and Sphere, and participate in executive speaker series, mentorship program, career development workshops, and social events.

  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Passion for the entertainment, sports, and media industry.

  • Self‑motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and career development.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and support research, analysis, and problem solving using a variety of tools and techniques.
Requirements
  • Available to work 21–35 hours per week (3–5 business days) in‑person.
  • Available to work part‑time or full‑time from October 2026 to April 2027.
  • Enrolled as an undergraduate student for Fall 2026.
  • GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members, adhering to appearance and presentation guidelines while on site.

Hourly Pay Range

$22.50 – $22.50 USD
