Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for film premieres, special events, conventions, and other live events.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and event partners, including catering, venue logistics, and specialty procurement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, executives, talent, and external partners.
- Develop and maintain event documentation, production schedules, venue databases, asset inventories, and logistics plans.
- Research venues, vendors, industry trends, sponsorship opportunities, and event activations.
- 7+ years of experience in live event production, entertainment, or special events.
- Experience supporting film, entertainment, festival, or marketing events.
- Experience managing event logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts.
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working with executives, talent, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
