Redrock Entertainment is looking for a full‑time Project Director based out of our headquarters in downtown Burbank, California. Reporting to our Executive Vice President, the Project Director will lead the execution of multiple live event projects within the Redrock Live division, serving as both a production lead and a key client‑facing partner. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across all phases of a project, from initial planning through execution and wrap, ensuring work is delivered seamlessly, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, comfortable working across teams, clients, and partners, and equally confident leading on‑site as they are representing Redrock externally.

• Lead multiple projects from pre‑production through execution and wrap, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
• Develop production plans, schedules, and technical advances, and oversee all phases including load‑in, show days, and load‑out

• Serve as a primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships through clear communication and professional representation

• Develop initial budgets and scopes, and partner with Project Accounting and Finance on tracking, changes, and reconciliation
