This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Lending Underwriter Manager, based in Burbank, CA. The role involves managing the underwriting process for business lending, assessing loan applications, overseeing loan portfolios, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The manager is responsible for maintaining high-quality customer service, providing leadership to the underwriting team, and ensuring accurate and efficient loan servicing. Other key duties include monitoring financial trends, managing loans, and supporting the institution s lending strategies.

• Proficiency in Loan Servicing and Loans management processes
• Strong knowledge in Finance and Portfolio Management
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build client relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Leadership and team management experience
• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a financial institution or credit union is an advantage
